Services are available for individuals (18 years and older). Sessions are provided online via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform. Recurring appointments are currently being scheduled on a biweekly basis to accommodate several individuals. However, weekly appointments can be scheduled depending on the client's present condition during the initial intake. Or if a client is dealing with a crisis situation, then an appointment can be requested via the client portal or by contacting the office.
Completion of necessary intake documents, and assessment of client’s background history and present concerns for seeking counseling. The data collected are used for treatment planning and to determine goals and objectives to accomplish.

Maryland Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors earn clinical supervision hours to gain instructions and guidance in the practice of professional counseling. Contact office for further information.
I am a provider with some EAP and health insurance plans, as well as an “out-of-network” provider for other plan types. For out-of-network coverage, documentation can be provided for insurance reimbursement. Please be advised that statements for reimbursement require mental health diagnosis, which I would have to provide. Reimbursement is in accordance with your insurance policy. Contact your insurance company to check coverage.
Payment processing is conducted either via the HIPAA-secure Ivy Pay processing system for mental health professionals. Payments are due at the time of service. All major credit cards, Health Savings Account cards, and Flexible Spending Account cards are accepted for payment.
